This Privacy Policy explains how KlientssGrowth ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website at klientssgrowths.com, book a discovery call with us, or otherwise interact with our services.
KlientssGrowth is operated by Harsh Shah, based in Navsari, Gujarat, India. We provide marketing services (smart websites, AI receptionists, paid ads, and reputation management) primarily to US-based local businesses.
1. What we collect
Information you give us directly
When you book a discovery call through our embedded Cal.com booking widget, you provide:
- Your name (first and last)
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your business name
- Your industry / trade
We do not currently run any other forms on this site. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, our hosting provider, our analytics tools, and our advertising tools may automatically receive:
- Your IP address and approximate location (city / region)
- Browser type, device type, operating system
- The pages you visit and how long you stay
- The referring website that sent you to us
- Cookies and similar identifiers (see "Cookies" below)
Information from advertising platforms
If you arrived from a Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ad, the Meta Pixel on our site may receive a notification that you viewed our page. This is standard advertising attribution and is governed by Meta's own privacy policy.

- To schedule, prepare for, and follow up on the discovery call you booked
- To send you related information about our services if you've expressed interest
- To improve the website and the relevance of our marketing
- To measure the performance of our advertising
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
We use trusted third-party tools to operate the site and run our business. The relevant ones are:

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices. We choose them based on standard industry use, but we don't control how they handle data internally. We may also share information when required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or to protect the rights and safety of people involved.
4. Cookies and tracking
The site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
- Cal.com sets cookies inside the booking widget to manage your booking session.
- Meta Pixel, when active, sets cookies to attribute conversions back to advertising campaigns.
- Hosting / CDN may set short-lived security cookies (e.g. anti-bot, rate-limiting).
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may break the booking widget.
5. How long we keep your data
If you book a call, we retain your contact details in our CRM for as long as you remain a prospect or client, plus a reasonable period afterwards. If you ask us to delete your information, we will (see "Your rights" below).
Server access logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard policy (typically a few weeks).
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct it if it's wrong
- Ask us to delete it
- Object to certain types of processing (such as marketing follow-up)
- Withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days.
7. International transfers
We are based in India and our service providers are located in various countries (including the United States). By using our site, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption, scoped API tokens, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when the latest version took effect. Material changes will be reflected on this page; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
